How long before the drawings is out?

Between two to three weeks interval. However in some cases it also depends on the type and level of details required. But we deliver on a relatively short time because we have competent Draftsmen and architects.

Can any available Builder use the plans?

Our floor plans, elevations and perspectives are done with the local builders in mind. Any available Builder with the  necessary building experience  can use our plans because the Architectural drawings and dimension details are very legible and easy to understand.

Do you handle construction?

Yes we handle construction. Exocticplans Construction an arm of Exocticplans.com has competent, qualified and experienced Engineers, as well as Foremen, workmen to give you the best quality construction services. Our construction services is only limited to few states for now. Very soon we will have Our team of Engineers in virtually all states in Nigeria. (we are currently recruiting experienced builders and workmen from all states)

How do I get my Building plan approval?

If you need to have your building plan approved by the town planning authority  in your states where approval is needed, you will have to inform us so that we can include the necessary Architects and Engineers stamps and seal on the drawings.

Whats the mode of payment?

When you have made your choice on the plan, and we’ve  commence work on the complete working drawings,  then you will be asked to make a part payment (this is just to ensure you are really ready). you pay the balance when you receive your package (that is you pay on Delivery) preferably to our account. we will need to give you more details on this

How will the plan be delivered?

The complete working drawings can be delivered in two  formats.

  1. As a hard copy printout(Blueprint)  collected in our office or sent via waybill to any destination in Nigeria. the cost of shipping is included in the total cost
  2. As a PDF file sent via Email (soft copy) this allows multiple printout anytime.

How much is the cost of the plan?

Basically the prices are not fixed. And besides the designs on the websites are like samples hence the working drawings have not been done yet. So when you chose a design of your choice then we will work on the complete working drawings and then tell you the cost based on the services we rendered to you. but be rest assured that our fees are relatively affordable.

Can I modify the plan? will it cost extra?

All plans on our website can be modified. If you like any of our plans but still feels that you will need to modify it to suit your taste? Then simply let us know by phone or WhatsApp or email then we will give you details. we can make modifications to virtually all parts of the design, from the floor plans, number of bedrooms, Baths, kitchen, living room, and toilets.  we can also modify the perspective to a more modern concept also. well the cost is subject to the kind of modifications made.

Can I Preview the plan?

Yes, you can view the Architectural floor plans of each design. This is possible if you contact us either through phone call/WhatsApp +234 8060250586   or email, exoticplans@gmail.com , then we can send you screenshot of the floor plans so that you can make an informed decision on the type of plan you require.
